My name is Margaret Turk Russell APRN, AGACNP-BC. I am a cardiology and internal medicine trained nurse practitioner. I have specialized in the care of acute and chronic disease process as an APRN since 2015.
I am a graduate of Niceville High School. Before becoming a nurse, I graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I then earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing at Salisbury University while living in Maryland. A few years later, I returned to the Florida Panhandle and worked as an ER RN for many years. I earned a Master's Degree in Nursing in 2014 and became Board Certified in 2015.
After caring for the acute and chronically ill population, I decided to shift my specialty from the acute setting to a more personalized and individual based approach. Prevention of chronic diseases and optimizing health is what 850 Midlife Health & Wellness is all about.
I am excited to provide continued exceptional care for you in this new setting!

As some treatments/regimens are deemed not medically necessary by insurance, we do not accept insurance. I will be happy to provide a copy of our visit and any labs, diagnostics to you so that you can submit to your insurance if you wish.
Many of the medications are compounded and mailed directly to you.
